Right to cancel
As the products you are ordering from MyPhotocalendar are personalised, the general 7-day right of return does not apply, instead contact us via contact@myphotocalendar.co.uk if you are not satisfied.

- MyPhotocalendar website – General
Welcome to the MyPhotocalendar website (hereafter the ‘Website’) which is administered by Önskefoto AB. These General Terms &; Conditions, along with any other regulations on other pages of this Website, apply to the online service unless otherwise agreed in writing. A confirmed order from a Customer shall be regarded as a binding contract.
- Cookies

- Making a purchase
You make a purchase from MyPhotocalendar by following the instructions at the online shop. A binding agreement has been reached when you submit your order to the online shop in the instructed manner and we have confirmed it. An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. Therefore, your e-mail address must be entered when placing an order.
- Personal details
When you place an order with MyPhotocalendar, you must first confirm that you allow us to store the details you submit. The details will be stored and used in the same way as for mail order. MyPhotocalendar will use the information to send your calendar(s) to the correct address, to validate your identity and to contact you if necessary. MyPhotocalendar follows strict security procedures when it comes to storing and disclosing data submitted to us, to prevent unauthorised parties accessing the data. We agree not to forward, exchange or sell the information you submit to us. We will of course inform you if any alterations are made to this policy. Inclusion in our customer register is voluntary. If you do not wish to receive information and special offers from us, please notify Customer Services on contact@myphotocalendar.co.uk. You have the right to know which of your personal details are used by MyPhotocalendar. Please send an e-mail request to: contact@myphotocalendar.co.uk. The requested information will be sent to the customer's registered e-mail address, rather than to the address from which the request is sent.
- Licence
In order to fulfil the Customer’s calendar order, the Customer grants Önskefoto non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, upload, download, copy, print, reproduce, modify, publish, send and distribute the material in a Customer’s order. MyPhotocalendar will not use a Customer’s pictures for marketing or any other purpose without first seeking the Customer’s consent.
- Copyright
All images, text and other content on this Website is protected by copyright, trademark protection, patents and other intellectual property rights and legislation. MyPhotocalendar reserves its rights to all other content on the Website.
- Changes to Terms &; Conditions
Any alteration or addition to these Terms &; Conditions shall come into effect one month after notification of the change has been published on the Website. However, MyPhotocalendar retains the right at any time to implement such changes as necessitated by law, ordinance or government decision with immediate effect.
- Force majeure
Neither Party is liable for any delay or loss arising from a circumstance beyond its control and which significantly complicates fulfilment of the obligation in question, or which renders fulfilment of the obligation financially non-viable. The Party wishing to invoke such a circumstance shall inform the other party without delay..
